Privacy

Short version: This is a marketing website. We collect what you give us, only when you give it to us, and we don't sell or share it.

This page describes how we handle information from visitors to www.pkgsystems.com and from people who contact us about our services. It is intentionally short and written in plain language. If you need more, email us and we'll answer specific questions in writing.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you email us at help@pkgsystems.com, we keep your message and reply to it.
  • Server logs. Our web server logs request URL, IP address, browser user-agent, referrer, and timestamp for every request. These are operational logs used to keep the site running and to detect abuse. They are retained for a limited window and then discarded.
  • Cookies. This site does not set tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising or analytics tracker. If we add a session cookie in the future (for example, to support a logged-in pre-discovery feature), we will say so on this page and the relevant page will explain what it does.

What we do not collect

  • We do not place advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
  • We do not sell visitor data, email addresses, or any other information to anyone.
  • We do not share visitor data with marketing partners. (We don't have any.)
  • We do not use your data to train machine learning models.

Email

If you email us, your email passes through standard email infrastructure on its way to our inbox — the email service of your provider, intermediate relays, and our incoming mail server. We use AWS Simple Email Service for outbound replies. Once a message reaches our inbox, we keep it for as long as it's relevant to the conversation, and we delete or archive it when it's not.

Future features

We are planning to add a contact form and an AI-assisted pre-discovery agent to this site. When those go live, this page will be updated to describe exactly what they collect, how long it's stored, and how to ask us to delete it. Nothing is collected today beyond what's described above.

Customer engagements

This page covers website visitors and casual contact. Privacy and data handling for active customer engagements are governed by the contract for that engagement, not this page. Our standard engagement model is single-tenant by design: customer data lives in a Kubernetes environment we operate exclusively for that customer. We never aggregate customer data across customers. We never use customer data to train models or improve services for anyone else.
