Plan the move before the cutover
We map the source and destination, define how records and identities correspond, and agree what a successful move looks like. Validation, exception handling and recovery procedures are planned alongside the migration itself.
Move in stages you can inspect
Where the systems allow it, work can progress by organization, customer or another useful batch. Your team can see what is queued, what has completed, what needs attention and which checks have passed. Synchronization and cutover arrangements are chosen for the particular systems, not assumed to be universally reversible.
Experience with difficult transitions
Our delivery work includes migrations between learning platforms, per-organization data handling, reconciliation across vendor records, and protection of shared content while customer-specific copies move.
